We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we're unable to make the scheduled time, we'll contact you to reschedule. A fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from service date. This warranty covers issues directly related to our service but does not cover problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party modifications.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing options. For projects exceeding $1,000, we may require a deposit before beginning work.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, we're not liable for damages not directly caused by our service. We recommend homeowners maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their properties.
