These terms govern your use of Falcon 5 Plumbing & HVAC services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Appointments

We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we're unable to make the scheduled time, we'll contact you to reschedule. A fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Service Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from service date. This warranty covers issues directly related to our service but does not cover problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party modifications.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing options. For projects exceeding $1,000, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, we're not liable for damages not directly caused by our service. We recommend homeowners maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their properties.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
